Who is RevitaLash® Cosmetics?

RevitaLash® Cosmetics was founded in 2006 by renowned Ophthalmologist Dr. Michael Brinkenhoff, who created our original eyelash conditioner out of a desire to help his wife Gayle feel beautiful during her courageous fight against breast cancer. The brand began with an iconic lash conditioner and we have since developed an entire range of products designed to enhance the natural beauty and inner spirit of all women. We were the first, and we continue to be, the leading lash and brow beauty enhancement product line, and we remain the ONLY brand of its kind developed by an Ophthalmologist.

What does RevitaLash® Cosmetics do to ensure its products are safe?

Safety, responsible formulation, and a premium consumer experience are at the forefront of our product development efforts.  We work with top chemists in the cosmetics industry to ensure excellence in formulation, and we guide responsible developmentby always using the best available ingredients which meet our highest standards for health and safety.  New RevitaLash Cosmetics products are reviewed by experts such as dermatologists and/or ophthalmologists and undergo rigorous testing by independent research laboratories to ensure their safety. Furthermore, products are tested via third party consumer research to guarantee the very best products that deliver an excellent consumer experience. We are unique in the beauty industry in that we take 2-4 years to bring a new product to market.  You can’t rush safety and excellence. RevitaLash Cosmetics product development is never fast beauty.

What testing does RevitaLash® Cosmetics do to ensure its products are safe?

RevitaLash Cosmetics products undergo rigorous safety tests that are then reviewed further by ophthalmologists and/or dermatologists. We go beyond the standard tests done by industry to determine safety for use on the skin and ensure that products used on the delicate eye area pose no physiological risks to the eye.  For example, our eyelash serums undergo the following tests before we introduce them to the market:

1. In-house product testing prior to final formulation

2. Ocular safety

3. Ocular sensitization testing

4. Skin sensitization testing

5. Stability testing

6. Preservative (antimicrobial) efficacy testing to multiple pharmacopoeia standards

7. External consumer product review/benchmarking for third party validation of product performance

What is your return policy? What if you are not satisfied with the product?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product purchased through, simply return the unused portion within 90 days, and we’ll send you a replacement or credit your account for the full amount of the purchase, less your original shipping and handling. Please click here

What if you find RevitaLash® Cosmetics products for sale on websites other than the authorized resellers?

If product is purchased on any unauthorized website or from an unauthorized reseller, we cannot confirm the integrity or authenticity of the product.

How do you determine the expiration date of a product?

Unopened, our products have shelf lives ranging from 24-36 months. Click here to check the expiration date of your product.

Our products should be used within 12 months after opening (for lash and brow serums, hair care, Lash & Brow Masque, and Micellar Water Lash Wash) or within 6 months after opening (for color cosmetics), provided the product is used before the expiration date.

If you have a concern about the shelf life of a product, please email and include the product description and lot number found on the bottom or back panel of the packaging. We will respond at our earliest convenience.

Are all RevitaLash® Cosmetic products unisex?

Yes, all of our products are unisex.

Do RevitaLash® Cosmetics products contain parabens?

There are no parabens in any of the RevitaLash® Cosmetics products, with the exception of the Japan RevitaLash® Advanced formula, due to country specifications.

Does RevitaLash® Cosmetics do any animal testing?

Safety tests conducted by our company DO NOT involve any animal testing and production of all RevitaLash® Cosmetics products are "cruelty-free”.

Are RevitaLash® Cosmetics products gluten-free?

Yes, our entire collection of products is gluten-free.

Are RevitaLash® Cosmetics products oil-free?

With the exception of Hi-Def Brow Gel, our entire collection of products is oil-free.

Can RevitaLash® Cosmetics products be used while pregnant, breast feeding, or undergoing medical treatment?

The safety of our products has been demonstrated in multiple studies conducted by independent research laboratories. Our products have been shown in these tests to be safe to the hair and skin in adult study subjects. That said, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or undergoing any medical treatment and have concerns about using any product, please consult with your physician.

Why are there no product reviews on - and why can't we leave a product review?

We understand the importance of reviews when making your purchase decisions for beauty products, and in sharing your product experience too!  We hope to be able to accept and post reviews on in the near future.  In the meantime, we have provided an aggregate of global online 5-star reviews for key products on our site.

Return Policy

90 Day Product Promise

We hope you’ll fall in love with our products, but if for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with a product purchased through, we’ll find a solution for you. Simply return the unused portion of your product within 90 days, and we’ll send you a replacement or credit your account for the full amount of the purchase, less your original shipping & handling.
