First, please be sure you are using RevitaLash^®as directed on the package insert. Remember: only a small quantity of RevitaLash^® is needed to enhance the beauty of your natural eyelashes.

RevitaLash^® has been shown to be safe to the skin in multiple tests conducted by independent research laboratories. In the tests, no symptoms of skin sensitization (contact allergy) were observed in the human test subjects. However, as with any cosmetic product, some individuals may be allergicto one or more ingredients of the product. If you know that you have a sensitivity or are allergic to any of the ingredients in RevitaLash^®, or if you suspect that you may be allergic to any of the ingredients, do NOT use RevitaLash^®. If you suspect that you may have had or are having an allergic reaction, stop using the product and consult a physician immediately.

Some RevitaLash^® users have reported a mild irritationat the base of the eyelashes. If you experience such irritation, either reduce or discontinue the use of RevitaLash^® Eyelash Conditioner until the irritation goes away. If the irritation persists, discontinue use completely and consult your physician.

Many of our customers have noticed that, after using RevitaLash^®for just a few weeks, their eyelashes show a significantly more “youthful” curl. There are many ways in which the RevitaLash^®formula improves the appearance, beauty and attractiveness of your natural eyelashes. Our research shows that this remarkable CURL EFFECT is one of the ways that the functional cosmetic ingredients in RevitaLash^® will improve the beauty of your eyelashes. A beautiful curl to your lashes will certainly enhance their attractiveness!

Our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash^®does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have any physiological effect on your eyes. All of the ingredients in RevitaLash^® have an excellent safety profile; however, as a precaution, if you have cataracts or are concerned about developing cataracts, we advise you to consult with your physician or ophthalmologist.

Our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash^®does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have any physiological effect on your eyes. All of the ingredients in RevitaLash^®have an excellent safety profile; however, as a precaution, if you have had cataract surgery, we advise you to consult with your ophthalmologist prior to using RevitaLash^®.

All of the ingredients in RevitaLash^® have an excellent safety profile; however, as a precaution, if you have had LASIK surgery or if you use artificial tear drops for dry eyes, as a precaution, we advise you to consult with your ophthalmologist.

Our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash^®does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have any physiological effect on your eyes. All of the ingredients in RevitaLash^®have an excellent safety profile; however, as a precaution, if you have glaucoma or if you suspect that you may have glaucoma, we advise you to consult with your physician or ophthalmologist prior to using RevitaLash^®.

Our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash^®does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have a physiological effect on your eyes, including the intraocular pressure (IOP). In fact, tests conducted by an independent research laboratory, under the supervision of a board certified ophthalmologist, showed that daily use of RevitaLash^®had no effect on IOP. However, as a precaution, if you have concerns, we advise you to consult with your physician or ophthalmologist prior to using RevitaLash^®.

Some RevitaLash^®users have reported a mild darkening of the skin at the base of the eyelashes. If this is of concern to you, do not use RevitaLash^®or, if you notice such discoloration and it bothers you, please discontinue use of RevitaLash^®.

Our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash^®does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have any physiological effect on your eyes, including the color of your eyes (iris). However, as a precaution, if you have concerns, we advise you to consult with your physician or ophthalmologist prior to using RevitaLash^®.

The safety of RevitaLash^®has been demonstrated in multiple studies conducted by independent research laboratories. RevitaLash^®has been shown in these tests to be safe to the skin and to eyes in adult study subjects. However, none of the study subjects were pregnant or breast feeding. Therefore, while we have no scientific reason to believe that RevitaLash^®poses a safety risk to women who are pregnant or breast feeding, as a precaution, we advise that you not use RevitaLash^® if you are pregnant or breast-feeding without first consulting with your physician.

The safety of RevitaLash^®has been demonstrated in multiple studies conducted by independent research laboratories. RevitaLash^®has been shown in these tests to be safe to the skin and to eyes in adult study subjects. However, none of the study subjects were undergoing chemotherapy. While we have no scientific reason to believe that RevitaLash^®poses a safety risk to men or women who are undergoing chemotherapy, it is advisable for any person undergoing chemotherapy to consult their physician before using any new product. Therefore, as a precaution, we recommend that you consult with your physician before using RevitaLash^® if you are undergoing chemotherapy.

Because RevitaLash^®is used around the eyes, we have taken care to formulate our product with ingredients that have excellent safety profiles. In addition, our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash^®does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have a physiological effect on your eyes. However, if a small quantity of RevitaLash^®accidentally gets into your eye, we recommend that you lightly splash a little tap water in the eye in order to dilute and rinse away the RevitaLash^®.

As a helpful reminder, we recommend that you be careful not to over-saturate the RevitaLash^®application brush. Remember that you only need to apply a small quantity of RevitaLash^® daily to enhance the beauty of your natural eyelashes.

No. All of the ingredients in RevitaLash^® are functional cosmetic ingredients that serve a cosmetic purpose.

No. Cosmetic products are not cleared or approved by the FDA. It is the responsibility of the cosmetic manufacturer to substantiate the safety of their product and to verify that their claims are accurate and truthful. RevitaLash^®has been tested in numerous studies by reputable, independent research laboratories and in every case been found to be very safe. Multiple cosmetic safety consultants have independently reviewed the safety information on RevitaLash^®and concluded that RevitaLash^®is safe. Independent ophthalmologists have also reviewed the safety information on RevitaLash^®and concluded that RevitaLash^® is a safe cosmetic product.

“Does RevitaLash^®contain any of the following ingredients: quanternium, benzalkonium chloride, ammonium laurel and laureth sulfates, hormones, methyl parabens, urea or uric acid, bimatoprost, paba or propylene glycol?”

No. RevitaLash^®does NOT contain any of the above ingredients. Specifically, RevitaLash^®does NOT contain quanternium, benzalkonium chloride, ammonium laurel and laureth sulfates, hormones, methyl parabens, urea or uric acid, bimatoprost, paba or propylene glycol.

When used as directed, RevitaLash^® should not interfere with mascara use. However, if you use multiple cosmetic eye products, it is important to thoroughly clean your skin to avoid clogged pores that can cause irritation.

RevitaLash^®should not affect your permanent eyeliner. If you have just recently finished getting your permanent make up application, please make sure the tattooing has completely healed and consult with your tattoo consultant or physician prior to using RevitaLash^®.

Our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash^®does not get into the eyes. Therefore, RevitaLash^® is safe for use with contact lenses.

When used as directed, RevitaLash^® is safe for use with eyelash extensions or false eyelashes.

Used as directed, one tube of RevitaLash^®-ADVANCED (3.5 ml) usually lasts approximately 6 months.

We recommend using RevitaLash^®in the evening, after you have removed your eye makeup. However, if you do use it in the morning, please follow the instructions on the package insert and allow at least 5 minutes before applying your daily facial products. When used as directed, RevitaLash^® should not interfere with mascara use.

RevitaBROW^®is a product which we have specially formulated for the beautification of the eyebrows. RevitaBROW^® has a sanitary applicator brush specifically designed for the eyebrows.

The safety of RevitaLash^®has been demonstrated in multiple studies conducted by independent research laboratories. RevitaLash^®has been shown in these tests to be safe to the skin and to eyes in adult study subjects; however, none of the subjects in these studies were under 18 years of age. As a precaution, we therefore recommend that RevitaLash^® not be used by children under the age of 18.

If you purchased directly from our website and are dissatisfied with the product, we will send you a full refund, less shipping and handling fees, within 90 days of purchase, provided you send the product back to the address listed on your box, along with a copy of your invoice.
