Once-a-day, at bedtime:  apply a thin line of Revitalash^® Advanced directly to your eyelashes, above the level of your skin.  Do not apply more frequently than once per day.  Remember, only a small quantity of Revitalash^® Advanced is needed to beautify and promote the attractiveness of your natural eyelashes.  One lash stroke is sufficient.

Please Note:  we recommend that you wash your hands and face with mild soap and water prior to the application of the product.

We recommend using RevitaLash® Advanced in the evening, after you have removed your eye makeup. However, if you do use it in the morning, please follow the instructions on the package insert and allow at least 5 minutes before applying your daily facial products. When used as directed, RevitaLash® Advanced should not interfere with other cosmetic use.

As a helpful reminder, we recommend that you be careful not to over-saturate the RevitaLash® Advanced application brush. Remember that you only need to apply a small quantity of RevitaLash® Advanced daily to achieve beautiful looking eyelashes.

With your first bottle of RevitaLash® Advanced, we are confident you will reach your goal of having more beautiful, attractive eyelashes. In order to maintain the natural beauty of your eyelashes, we recommend that you continue to use RevitaLash® Advanced at least 2 to 3 days per week.

When used as directed, one tube of RevitaLash® Advanced (3.5 mL) lasts approximately 6 months. The expiration date for RevitaLash® Advanced is one year upon opening and two years if unopened.

With your first bottle of RevitaLash® Advanced, we are confident you will reach your goal of having more beautiful eyelashes. In order to maintain the natural beauty of your eyelashes, we recommend that you continue to use RevitaLash® Advanced daily at least 2 to 3 days per week. If you discontinue use of RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner, your eyelashes will gradually return to their original appearance.

RevitaLash® Advanced is safe for use on both the upper and lower eyelashes. However, if you use RevitaLash® Advanced on your lower eyelashes, please use only a small amount of the product so the product stays where it is applied.

Yes. RevitaLash® Advanced improves the attractiveness of both women and men’s natural eyelashes.

Because RevitaLash® Advanced is used around the eyes; we have taken care to formulate our product with ingredients that have excellent safety profiles. In addition, our tests have shown that the formula for RevitaLash® Advanced is a “no-drip” product containing a viscosity agent, and, when used as directed, RevitaLash® Advanced does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have any physiologic effect on your eyes. However, if a small quantity of RevitaLash® Advanced accidentally gets into your eye, we recommend that you lightly splash a little tap water in the eye in order to dilute and rinse away the RevitaLash® Advanced.

The safety of RevitaLash® Advanced has been demonstrated in multiple studies conducted by independent research laboratories. RevitaLash® Advanced has been shown in these tests to be safe to the skin and to eyes in adult study subjects; however, none of the subjects in these studies was under 18 years of age. As a precaution, therefore, we recommend that RevitaLash® Advanced not be used by children under the age of 18.

When used as directed, RevitaLash® Advanced should not interfere with mascara use. However, if you use multiple cosmetic eye products, it is important to thoroughly clean your skin to avoid clogged pores that can cause irritation.

When used as directed, RevitaLash® Advanced is safe for use with eyelash extensions or false eyelashes.

RevitaLash® Advanced should not affect your permanent eyeliner.

If you have just recently finished getting your permanent make up application, please make sure the tattooing has completely healed and consult with your tattoo consultant or physician prior to using RevitaLash® Advanced.

If our product is purchased on any unauthorized website or reseller, we cannot confirm the integrity or authenticity of the product.

Customer service is very important to us. If you purchased directly from our website and are dissatisfied with the product, we will send you a full refund, less shipping and handling fees, within 90 days of purchase, provided you send the product back to the address listed on your box, along with a copy of your invoice. Once we receive the product, you will be promptly refunded.

However, as a precaution, if you have concerns, we advise you to consult with your physician or ophthalmologist prior to using RevitaLash® Advanced.

Some RevitaLash® Advanced users have reported a mild darkening of the skin at the base of the eyelashes. The darkening was reported to fade after discontinuing use. If this is of concern to you, do not use RevitaLash® Advanced or, if you notice such discoloration and it bothers you, please discontinue use of RevitaLash® Advanced. In order to reduce the potential for skin discoloration, be sure to carefully follow the RevitaLash® Advanced “application directions” as pictured above in the FAQs.

Our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash® Advanced does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have a physiologic effect on your eyes, including the intraocular pressure (IOP); however, as a precaution, if you have concerns about your intraocular pressure, we advise you to consult with your ophthalmologist prior to using RevitaLash® Advanced.

The safety of RevitaLash® Advanced has been demonstrated in multiple studies conducted by independent research laboratories. RevitaLash® Advanced has been shown in these tests to be safe to the skin and to eyes in adult study subjects. However, none of the study subjects were pregnant or breast feeding. Therefore, while we have no scientific reason to believe that RevitaLash® Advanced poses a safety risk to women who are pregnant or breast feeding, as a precaution, we advise that you not use RevitaLash® Advanced if you are pregnant or breast-feeding without first consulting with your physician.

The safety of RevitaLash® Advanced has been demonstrated in multiple studies conducted by independent research laboratories. RevitaLash® Advanced has been shown in these tests to be safe to the skin and to eyes in adult study subjects. However, none of the study subjects were undergoing chemotherapy. While we have no scientific reason to believe that RevitaLash® Advanced poses a safety risk to men or women who are undergoing chemotherapy, it is advisable for any person undergoing chemotherapy to consult their physician before using any product. Therefore, as a precaution, we recommend that you consult with your physician before using RevitaLash® Advanced if you are undergoing chemotherapy.

First, please be sure that you are using RevitaLash® Advanced as directed on the package insert. Remember: only a small quantity of the product is needed to enhance the beauty of your natural eyelashes. RevitaLash® Advanced has been shown to be safe in multiple tests conducted by independent research laboratories. In the tests, a very small percentage of subjects experienced slight irritation; however, as with any cosmetic product, some individuals may be allergic to one or more ingredients in the product. If you know that you have a sensitivity or are allergic to any of the ingredients in RevitaLash® Advanced, or if you suspect that you may be allergic to any of the ingredients, do NOT use RevitaLash® Advanced. If you suspect that you may have had or are having an allergic reaction, stop using the product and consult a physician immediately.

Some RevitaLash® Advanced users have reported a mild irritation at the base of the eyelashes. If you experience such irritation, either reduce or discontinue the use of RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner until the irritation goes away. If the irritation persists, discontinue use completely and consult your physician. In order to reduce the potential for irritation, be sure to carefully follow the RevitaLash® Advanced “application directions” as pictured above in the FAQs.
